Everyone starts somewhere. I start here.
I enjoyed the following essay from the Post this morning. I enjoyed Cosby when I was younger. Much younger. These are my favorite Cosquotes:
“Human beings are the only creatures that allow their children to come back home.”
“I don’t know the key to success, but the key to failure is trying to please everybody.”
“The very first law in advertising is to avoid the concrete promise and cultivate the delightfully vague.”
So everybody’s debating online rentals as a way to avoid late fees and, more importantly, annoying cell phone users in cinema halls. The lead players are Netflix and Blockbuster, each with their own pros and cons. Netflix is getting a lot of flack for tardy service.
